Was cslled 2 hours before pick up and told they don't have the purple flowers to complete the floral arrangements. Only option they provided to fill with other flowers to look like that in the picture online. For $120.00 I honestly will say wad a rip off and to put me in a position where I had no option to choose another arrangement or refund. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Over priced and low quality arrangements.

Located on a few places on our website, such as in the description of arrangements, and at the bottom of each web page is a disclaimer that we will substitute flowers as needed for ones as similar as possible. We understand it's a little difficult to spot at times which is why we felt it appropriate to call you and express the situation. We typically provide a few options in this case, but if you ever have another option in mind, such as a full refund or a different arrangement, our staff is happy to help.

Only reason I can’t give a five star is I don’t know how that looked. For me, to make this a five star review for me is to see what the actual arrangement that was delivered looked like. Snap a pic and text it to the sender is obviously more work and such but just a thought.

The arrangement was stunning, exactly as pictured online. The recipient was thrilled with how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. They sent me another picture of the arrangement a week after they received it and it was still beautiful … not one flower had wilted! I unfortunately was not able to send the Burnt Sienna arrangement. I was sending the flowers to my sister-in-law in Morden. Myra Rose Florist called to say that most of these flowers were not available in Morden and asked me to choose another arrangement from the Tele-Flora site. I expressed my huge disappointment in this so she called a couple of different florists in that area to see if they had the flowers. They did not so I had to go with a common everyday floral arrangement. This situation was out of their control and Myra Rose Florist cannot be blamed. They did everything they could and were ever so nice. The one suggestion I would make is that somewhere on their website should be a disclaimer advising customers that most of their arrangements are not available if being sent out of the city.
